Capabilities

The core businesses at Nexxt Alloy Industrial are in-house extrusion, forging (hydraulic 2D and 3D), and heat treatment of high-end alloys such as 7075 aluminum. In addition to these, Nexxt also has access to CNC machining, shotpeening and polishing, plating, anodizing and assembly processes.

Production lines and skilled workers are overseen by an experienced group of managers who take an active role in understanding our customer’s product requirements and design demands. Nexxt Alloy’s vertically integrated abilities allow our expert staff to control production processes from start to finish.

As we control our own raw material supply with in-house extrusion, combined with a system of rapid tooling exchange, Nexxt Alloy Industrial is structured to run batches with reduced lead times. This gives Nexxt the ability to quickly adapt to the changing requirements of our customers, providing them with yet another competitive advantage in today’s rapidly changing markets.

Nexxt Alloy has enlisted the expertise of the MIRDC (Taiwan’s Metals Industry Research and Development Center) to ensure training and certification meets the highest levels. Technology, equipment and process are advised under the direction of the TAF (Taiwan Accreditation Foundation), the sole partner of the ILAC (it's international counterpart) in Taiwan. Our materials testing laboratory will receive TAF certification July, 2008.
